Naisula Women Organization (NWO) is a grassroots, women-led organization working to empower women and girls in marginalized communities in Tanzania We are committed to promoting health, education, human rights, and economic empowerment as foundations for sustainable community development.
Our work focuses on addressing critical challenges facing women and girls, including limited access to healthcare, harmful traditional practices such as Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), gender inequality, and economic vulnerability. Through community-based programs, we create safe spaces for learning, dialogue, and leadership
