The Women and Leadership Program of Naisula Women Organization aims to strengthen women’s leadership, confidence, and participation in decision-making at the family, community, and institutional levels.

The program builds women’s knowledge and skills in leadership, advocacy, communication, and governance, enabling them to take active roles in community structures, school committees, VICOBA leadership, and local development initiatives.

Through mentorship, peer learning, and capacity-building workshops, women are empowered to speak up, influence decisions, and advocate for the rights and well-being of women and girls.
