Women’s Empowerment is a core program of Naisula Women Organization, focused on strengthening women’s economic independence, confidence, and leadership.

Through Village Community Banks (VICOBA), women are supported in saving regularly, accessing small loans, starting or expanding income-generating activities, and improving their household livelihoods.

The program also provides basic financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership training, enabling women to make informed decisions, support their families, and actively participate in community development, contributing to long-term social and economic resilience.
